Privacy Policy
Last updated: August 2026
This policy explains how VPNVX handles relevant data when providing cross-border access, network acceleration, international routes, and subscription services. Data processing follows the principles of clear purpose, necessary scope, and limited access. Using the VPNVX website, user panel, or related services indicates that the user has read this policy. Different features require different types of data; information unrelated to an unused feature does not become required information.
Information Collection: Scope and Purposes
Creating a VPNVX account does not require an email address. Users can create an account with a username and password, so an email address is not required for registration. The system must retain the username, securely processed password credentials, account status, and subscription status for authentication, panel access, subscription delivery, and account security management. Passwords are not used as routine business data in directly readable plain-text form.
After an order is completed, VPNVX retains transaction-related order records, including the selected item, amount due, payment status, creation status, and refund processing result. These records support service delivery, order verification, dispute handling, enforcement of refund rules, and necessary financial recordkeeping. A full refund without stating a reason may be requested within 30 days of the first payment; the request and its processing status are retained as part of the order record.
The website may generate basic access statistics, such as page-view events, entry pages, browser category, device category, and page error information. These statistics help verify that pages work properly, resolve compatibility issues, and improve content structure. They are not used to build a profile of the user's access to international websites or linked to the content accessed through a route.
No-Logs Policy and Connection Data
VPNVX does not record which websites users access through international routes, which applications they use, or what content they submit. It does not retain traffic records that could reconstruct specific access content. The service does not create a historical list of access destinations, query content, or transmitted content.
VPNVX does not combine connection times, access destinations, and accounts into traceable connection logs. Instantaneous technical data required to operate the routes is processed only to the extent necessary for transmission and troubleshooting, and is not retained long-term as a history of user activity. Statistics used for capacity assessment are aggregated and are not used to identify a specific account's access activity.
When a user voluntarily submits a support ticket to troubleshoot a connection issue, the user decides whether to provide text, screenshots, and diagnostic information. Such materials are used only to handle the relevant request. Users should remove unrelated personal content, complete credentials, and other sensitive information before submitting them.
Cookies and Local Storage
The website and user panel may use cookies or browser local storage to save login sessions, language preferences, interface state, and necessary security markers. This data maintains the login state, restores user choices, and reduces repeated actions. It is not used to read other files on the device.
Users can clear cookies and local storage through their browser settings. After clearing them, the login state, language preference, or unsubmitted interface state may be removed, requiring the user to log in again or make a new selection. Blocking necessary storage may prevent the account panel, order process, or subscription delivery features from working properly.
Payment Processing and Data Sharing
VPNVX supports Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT. Payment processing is handled by the relevant third-party payment service. The information required on the payment page, verification process, and data retention practices are governed by that service's rules. VPNVX receives the transaction result, order status, and necessary verification information required to complete an order, but does not directly control all information collected by third-party payment services.
VPNVX transfers limited information to providers responsible for corresponding functions only when necessary to complete a payment, fulfill an order, process a refund, troubleshoot an issue, or comply with applicable requirements. Recipients may process the relevant data only for the agreed purposes. VPNVX does not use the sale of users' browsing activity or route access content as a business purpose.
Data Retention and Deletion Requests
Account data is retained for as long as the account remains active and as needed to provide subscription services. Order and refund records are retained for the practical periods required for transaction verification, dispute handling, and necessary financial administration. Access statistics are aggregated, de-identified, or deleted after operational analysis is complete. Connection activity is not retained as a user access log that can be traced back.
Users can log in to the user panel and submit requests to access, correct, or delete account data through the support ticket function. VPNVX will first verify the connection between the request and the account, then process data that can be deleted. If some order records are still needed for transaction verification, refund processing, dispute resolution, or compliance with applicable requirements, their use will be restricted to the necessary scope and they will be deleted or de-identified when the retention purpose ends. Corresponding data in backups will leave active use through the established backup rotation process and will not be restored to the routine business system.
Policy Updates and Effective Date
VPNVX may update this policy when service features, data processing practices, or applicable requirements change. Updated versions will be published on this page, and the last-updated date at the top of the page will be revised. Important changes involving the scope of data collection, the no-logs policy, payment processing, or user rights may also be described in a notification in the user panel.
Continuing to use the relevant services after a policy update indicates that the user has read the updated content. If the user disagrees with the revised processing practices, they may stop using the services and submit a request concerning account data through a user panel support ticket. Data created under a previous version will continue to be processed according to the purposes and necessary scope applicable when it was collected; a wording update does not automatically expand its use.
