Preparation

Before You Start

Before you begin, make sure the device can access the VPNVX website normally, and prepare a username and password you can remember long term. VPNVX does not require an email address, so store your account credentials carefully. The username opens the user panel, while the password protects your plan, orders, and subscription details. If you use multiple devices, save the login details in a trusted password manager first so you do not lose access midway through setup.

The client and subscription are separate components. The client is the connection tool installed on Windows, macOS, Android, or iOS; the subscription contains the route configurations available to your account. Installing the client without importing a subscription will leave the route list empty. Copying a subscription without a usable client cannot establish a connection either. This guide completes the account and plan steps first, then moves to the subscription and client, making each page state easier to understand.

If the device already has an old network-acceleration configuration, do not rush to delete it. Quit the old client first and make sure only one connection tool is running at a time. After importing and verifying VPNVX, decide whether to remove the old configuration. When multiple clients control the system network simultaneously, the connection button may show success while web traffic still uses the previous exit, or the system may keep switching between configurations. Keeping one variable at a time makes troubleshooting clearer.

Account

Create a VPNVX Account

Open the free trial page and follow the prompts to enter a username and password. No email address is required; the username and password are enough to create the account. Choose a username that is easy to recognize but not identical to another important account, and use a distinct password rather than repeating the username. After submission, the page will open the user panel or ask you to sign in with the credentials you just created.

Once you reach the panel, check the top section or account overview to make sure the current username is shown. This simple check helps prevent buying a plan for the wrong account when the browser has saved credentials for another one. Confirm the identity before continuing. If the page remains on the sign-in screen, log in with the username and password you just created; there is no need to create another account. If the browser asks to save the password, decide based on whether the device is exclusively yours; avoid preserving the login state on public devices.

Creating an account does not automatically display usable routes, because subscription access depends on an active plan. Continue to the plans page rather than entering a random address in the client or copying a supposed shared subscription from a chat or search result. Each account receives its subscription through the user panel, and following the correct order helps avoid invalid settings and mixed accounts.

Plans

Choose a Plan and Place Your Order

Open the plans page and choose between a monthly subscription and a data package based on how you use the service. Monthly options include ¥9.9/month for 60GB, ¥18/month for 250GB, and ¥28/month for 500GB; data resets monthly on the activation date. These plans suit regular use when you want a fixed allowance each cycle. If you upgrade mid-cycle, the price difference is prorated by the remaining days, so check your current usage before changing tiers.

Data packages suit irregular usage and users who want to keep unused data long term. Options include ¥158/300GB, ¥358/1000GB, and ¥658/3000GB; they remain valid until used and never expire. Monthly subscriptions and data packages are calculated differently, so compare more than the total allowance: consider whether you will use the service consistently each month. All plans support unlimited devices, but usage from multiple devices is combined under the same account.

Complete payment on the checkout page using Alipay, WeChat Pay, or USDT. After submitting payment, do not repeatedly go back or create duplicate orders; wait for the order status to update. If payment is complete but the plan is not yet visible, refresh the user panel or reopen the account overview. VPNVX offers 30-day hassle-free refunds. Submit requests through the ticket area in the user panel so the order and account status can be checked accurately.

Once the plan status shows as active, continue to the subscription step. Your account can now access routes, and the panel will usually show plan data, the subscription entry, and the client download area. If you still see only the plan-selection screen, check the order status first instead of repeatedly importing an old link in the client.

Subscription

Get Your Subscription in the User Panel

After the plan becomes active, open the account overview and find the subscription information section. The page provides an entry suited to your account; some clients can be opened directly with a dedicated import button, while others use “Copy subscription link.” Prefer the method provided by the panel for your platform. Copy the link manually only when the client cannot be opened directly.

A subscription link is not an ordinary website address; it acts as the credential a client uses to read route settings. After copying it, paste it only into the VPNVX client on your own device. Do not publish it on a public page or forward it to an untrusted device. An example structure is https://example.com/sub?token=YOUR_TOKEN; this is a fictional value for illustration and cannot establish a connection. Always use the real content from the signed-in user panel. This guide does not display a static subscription address.

Make sure the link is complete when copying it. The safest method is to click the panel’s copy button rather than selecting part of the text by dragging. If the client reports an invalid address, temporarily paste the clipboard contents into a local plain-text editor and check that the beginning, path, and trailing parameters are intact with no extra spaces. Clear the temporary text promptly after checking so the subscription does not remain in an unnecessary location.

Routes cover 120+ countries and 230+ routes. After a successful import, the client reads the currently available entries from the subscription. The server maintains the route list, so you do not need to add routes one by one. When the subscription changes in the panel, simply run “Update subscription” in the client to sync it. For the principles behind route types, regional selection, and streaming-region detection, continue with the Streaming Guide; this page focuses only on the core connection workflow.

Client

Import the Client on Each Platform

After signing in to the user panel, choose your device platform in the client download area. Clients are delivered through the panel; this page does not provide static installer links. After installation, the first launch usually shows an empty configuration or welcome page. Do not create a server manually. Instead, look for “Import subscription,” “Add configuration,” or an add button marked with a plus sign. Paste the subscription link copied in the previous step, save it, and run one update. When route names appear, the import is complete.

Windows

Windows Desktop Client

Choose the Windows client in the user panel and install it according to the panel instructions. Open the VPNVX desktop client, go to subscription or configuration management, click Add subscription, and paste the link into the address field. You can use VPNVX as the name for easy identification, then confirm and click Update. Return to the routes page, choose a region, and enable the system connection. If Windows asks for network permission, allow the client to create the required local network configuration; otherwise, the button may change while system traffic does not use the selected route.

macOS

macOS Desktop Client

Get the macOS client from the user panel, follow the system prompts to install it, and launch it for the first time. Open subscription management, choose Add from link, paste the complete subscription, save it, and update. On the first connection, macOS may ask you to approve a new network configuration or provide system authorization. This is required for the operating system to let the client manage network traffic. After authorization, return to the client, choose a route, and turn on the connection. A client status in the menu bar does not by itself confirm that the exit has changed; complete the verification steps below.

Android

Android Mobile Client

Choose the Android client in the panel, install and open it, then go to the configuration or subscription page. Tap the add option, choose Import from link, and paste your account subscription. After the update finishes, return to the main screen, select the desired regional route, and start the connection. The first run displays a system network permission prompt; confirm it before the client can connect. If strict background battery restrictions are enabled, switching to another app may pause the connection. In system app settings, allow the VPNVX client to run normally in the background.

iOS

iOS Mobile Client

The iOS client entry is provided in the user panel. Follow the panel instructions to get it, then open the app. On the subscription or configuration page, choose Add from link, paste the copied subscription, and update it. When connecting for the first time, the system will ask to add a network configuration; confirm using the device’s normal unlock method. Return to the client, choose a route, and connect. Once the system network indicator appears, open a browser and check the exit. When changing routes, disconnect in the client first, select the new route, and reconnect to prevent the old session from continuing to use the previous exit.

The five platforms also include Linux. Linux clients and subscription access are likewise available through the user panel. The core workflow remains the same: get the client, import the subscription, update the routes, and start the connection. Permissions and network management vary considerably across distributions. If the desktop interface differs from this page, follow the platform instructions in the panel. After importing on any platform, do not keep adding the same subscription to multiple apps; verify that the current client works first.

Verification

Connect to a Route and Verify It Works

After importing, choose a region based on your destination. For region-specific content, select a route that matches the target service’s requirements. For general access to international websites, start with a region closer to your current network and adjust based on actual loading speed. Route names and types in the client help distinguish paths; you do not need to research every option on your first use. Establishing one stable connection is easier to troubleshoot than testing many routes at once.

After clicking Connect, check that the client changes from “Disconnected” to “Connected” and wait for the system network configuration to finish. Then open the My IP page and check whether the current exit matches the selected region. Do not rely only on the client button color: it shows that the program ran the connection process, while the exit information reflects where browser traffic is actually going. Once the location has changed, open the target website for a real access check.

After verification succeeds, repeat the import on your other personal devices. VPNVX supports unlimited devices, and Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, and Linux can use the same account subscription, but each device should import it through its own client. Do not copy a temporary configuration generated inside one client to another device. Using the subscription entry in the user panel makes route synchronization easier. When routes change later, run Update subscription in the client; there is no need to create another account or place another order.

For everyday route changes, disconnect first, select the new region, and reconnect. If the target service still shows the old region, close and reopen the relevant app or clear its saved session state. Account, payment, and exit regions may be linked, so changing the route alone may not alter the region recorded on the account. The Streaming Guide explains the related mechanisms and practical limits in more detail.

Troubleshooting

Quick Troubleshooting When Connection Fails

If no routes appear in the client, return to the user panel and confirm that the plan is still active, then update the subscription in the client. If the update reports an invalid address, copy the complete link again from the account overview instead of reusing text truncated or escaped by a chat tool. If the update succeeds but the route list is empty, fully quit and reopen the client, then check that the selected configuration is the VPNVX subscription rather than an old configuration left on the device.

If a route connects but websites do not open, disconnect other network tools, close the browser, reconnect, and test another route in the same region. Do not change the protocol, system proxy, DNS, and route at the same time; it becomes difficult to tell which action affected the result. Keep the client’s default settings and change only the route first. If the same region still fails, try a nearby region. On mobile devices, also confirm that the client has permission to configure the system network and is not immediately paused by background battery restrictions.

If the exit IP does not change, check whether another client is still running in the background or the browser has an independent network proxy enabled. Quit other connection tools, restart the VPNVX client, and verify again. If only one app ignores the selected route while the browser exit has changed, the issue is usually the app’s own session, region setting, or split-routing rule. Do not repeatedly delete the account subscription.

If you still cannot connect after these checks, open the ticket area in the user panel and describe the device platform, the client’s current message, the selected route region, and the troubleshooting steps already performed. Do not submit a subscription link or password on a public page. A clear sequence of actions is more useful than simply writing “not working” and makes it easier to identify whether the issue is at the account, subscription, client, or route stage. For a more systematic explanation of routes and streaming errors, see the Streaming Guide. This completes the basic setup workflow.
