These terms apply to the international network access, international routes, and related subscription services provided by VPNVX. By visiting this website, creating an account, or using an activated service, the user confirms that they have read and accepted these terms. Anyone who disagrees with any part of them should stop using the relevant services.

Service Content and Scope

VPNVX provides network acceleration across 120+ countries / 230+ routes, with support for Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. The regions, route types, and client access points available at any given time are shown on the website and in the user panel.

The service is intended to improve cross-border access and network paths to international websites. Route performance may be affected by the user’s local network, carrier routing, the status of the target service, device settings, and network congestion. Connection results may vary by region, time, and route, so users should select routes suited to their actual network environment.

Account and Subscription Use

No email address is required to register; a username and password are sufficient. Users must protect their login credentials and are responsible for subscription management, route connections, and other activity under their accounts. If unusual account access is detected, users should change their passwords promptly and stop using untrusted devices.

Subscriptions support simultaneous use on unlimited devices, but each account is limited to the registered user and their reasonably managed personal devices. Users may not publicly share accounts, transfer login credentials in bulk, split subscriptions for unrelated people to share, resell or rent the service, or otherwise provide it to third parties as an unauthorized commercial resource.

Monthly subscription traffic resets each month on the activation date. When upgrading midway through a billing period, the plan difference is calculated based on the remaining days. Traffic packages remain available until used and never expire. Subscription status, remaining traffic, and order records are based on the actual records in the user panel.

Compliance Requirements

When using VPNVX, users must comply with the laws, regulations, and platform rules applicable in their location, the location of the route, and the services they access. The service may not be used for unlawful activity, infringement of others’ legitimate rights, interference with network infrastructure, distribution of malicious programs, unauthorized scanning or attacks, account theft, fraudulent transactions, or evasion of account management rules expressly imposed by a target platform.

Users are responsible for confirming that their specific use case meets local requirements. Each user bears legal responsibility for content they submit, transmit, access, or store. VPNVX may review and address relevant activity when clear abuse, unusual consumption of network resources, or a valid compliance request is identified.

Service Availability and Liability

VPNVX may adjust nodes, routes, and client configurations based on route quality, upstream network changes, and maintenance needs. Maintenance, carrier failures, changes to target service policies, device or system limitations, and other circumstances beyond reasonable control may temporarily make some routes unavailable, change speeds, or limit functionality.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, VPNVX does not guarantee that any particular route will remain continuously available in every network environment, and it is not responsible for third-party websites, applications, content, or account policies. Users should save important materials independently and confirm the current connection status and target service requirements before performing important operations.

Refunds and Account Termination

A full, no-questions-asked refund may be requested within 30 days after the first payment. Refund requests must be submitted through the user panel and will be processed based on the corresponding order record. Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT are supported payment methods on this site, and order status is determined by the actual payment result.

If a user engages in unlawful use, resells a subscription, publicly shares an account, maliciously interferes with the service, exploits a system defect for improper benefits, or repeatedly violates these terms, VPNVX may restrict relevant functions, suspend connections, or terminate the account. Any action will be determined with consideration of the nature of the conduct, its impact, and verifiable account records.

Changes and Applicability

VPNVX may update these terms to reflect service adjustments, legal requirements, or risk-control needs. Updates will be published on this page, and the last-updated date at the top will be changed accordingly. Continued use of the service after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Users who disagree may stop using the service and submit a request if eligible under the refund policy.

Matters not addressed in these terms will be handled according to applicable laws and regulations, the user’s actual order details, and the service information published on the website at the relevant time. If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply.
